C Team Results

The only thing colder than the afternoon air outside the Vermillion High School gym was the cold shooting of the lady Quarrier C team taking place inside.  The young Quarriers struggled the entire game with shooting woes, while Vermillion did not allow many second shot opportunities, resulting in a lopsided 14-45 loss to the Tanagers.

St Mary was 40% (19-47) from the field, 45% (9-20) from three-point area, and 68% (19-28) from the free-throw line.  The Dolphins were 47% (24-51) from the field, just 19% (3-16) from three-point area, and 50% (7-14) from the free-throw line.  Deubrook held the rebounding advantage at 31-22.
