The Dell Rapids Quarriers outscored Milbank 21-8 in the third quarter, and that proved to be the difference on Tuesday, December 28th.  The Quarriers escaped Milbank with a 55-53 win over the Bulldogs.

The first half was a little bit of a struggle for the Quarriers in the first half.  Dell Rapids shot just 23% (6-26) from the field and 27% (4-15) from three-point area in the first two quarters of play.  Milbank held a 14-9 lead at the end of the first quarter and kept that five-point lead at halftime, 25-20.
