The West Central Trojan softball team did not allow a hit nor a base runner in a 16-0 win over the Flandreau Fliers on Thursday, May 4th.
The Trojans had 10 hits in the game, eight of those were extra base hits. West Central scored four runs in the bottom of the first and then had 12 runs in the bottom of the second inning.
Hanna Raethz had three hits, two of them doubles, and three RBIs. Caitlyn Hoff had two hits, a double and home run, with four RBIs. Emillee Stofferahn also had two hits, a double and home run, with three RBIs. Jocelyn Nilson finished with two doubles and an RBI. Kadence Lupkes added a single and two RBIs. Stofferahn pitched all three innings and had seven strikeouts.
