The West Central Trojan (19-0) softball team kept their perfect season going with a 17-0 win over Milbank in the SoDak 16 on Tuesday, May 23rd.
The Trojans scored 11 times in the bottom of the first inning and then added six more in the bottom of the second inning. The game ended after the top of the third inning. West Central held Milbank without a hit in the game.
Hanna Raethz had three hits, one a double, and two RBIs. Emillee Stofferahn had two hits, one a home run, and three RBIs. Izzi Parsons finished with two hits, including a double, and an RBI. Kaylee Olson added two hits and an RBI. Elisabeth Miller had a single and two RBIs. Ayla Kramer finished with a double and an RBI. Sophie Rolfson also had a hit and an RBI. Kadende Lupkes ended with a single. Stofferahn pitched all three innings striking out nine batters.
