Tri-Valley White 16U Drops Two More

The Tri-Valley White 16U baseball team lost two more games.  They lost on the road to Parker on Thursday, July 6th and then lost a home game to Flandreau on Sunday, July 9th.

Parker 17, Tri-Valley White 1

Tri-Valley White was held with out a hit, but still got one run in the top of the fourth inning when Caden Lewis scored on a passed ball.  Parker had scored five runs in the first inning, eight in the second, and four more in the third.

Austin Puetz pitched two innings and allowed 13 runs, four earned, on eight hits and three walks.  B Sharpe pitched one inning and allowed four earned runs on three hits and two walks.

Flandreau 13, Tri-Valley White 0

Tri-Valley White was blanked at home against Flandreau and held to just one hit in the game.  Flandreau scored a run in the second inning, five in the third, and seven in the fourth before the game ended on the 10-run rule in the fifth inning.

Puetz had the lone hit for Tri-Valley.  Nolan Schmidt pitched 3 1/3 innings and allowed 10 earned runs on seven hits and four walks with a strikeout.  Landon McGill pitched 1 2/3 innings and allowed three runs, one earned, on a hit and four walks with one strikeout.
