The Tri-Valley Mustangs softball team earned a road win over Lennox on Friday, May 3rd. Izzy Davey and the defense hold the Orioles off the board in a 12-0 victory.
After a scoreless first inning, the Mustangs scored a run in the top of the second. They added three more in the top of the fourth for a 4-0 advantage. The offense kept rolling by scoring two more in the top of the fifth and then a big six-run sixth inning.
I. Davey also had a home run, triple, and single with three RBIs offensively. Ava Christensen had a home run and double with four RBIs. Syenna Bird had two hits, one a double, and an RBI. Keagan Kuchta had two singles and an RBI. Emery Pearson finished with a hit and two RBIs. Reese Wilt added a triple. Kadence Davey and Rreagan Pearson both had a single. I. Davey pitched six innings and allowed five hits and two walks with eight strikeouts.
