Tri-Valley White 16U scored in all innings in a four-inning game for a 13-9 win over HyVee on Monday, July 15th.
HyVee put three runs on the board in the top of the first inning, but their 3-0 lead was short lived. Tri-Valley scored four times in the bottom of the first to go ahead 4-3. They added five more runs in the bottom of the second to extend the lead to 9-3. HyVee got three more runs in the top of the third to make the score 9-6. Tri-Valley, however, added four more runs in the bottom of the third for a 13-6 score. HyVee got three more runs in the top of the fourth.
Gabriel VanDyke had three hits, including two doubles, and three RBIs. Aden Woodraska had a triple and double with an RBI. Sullivan Snethen also had a triple with two RBIs. Zach Pester finished with a single and two RBIs. Luke Strom had a single and an RBI. Bracken Sharpe and Owen Bunde each had a single, and Cooper had an RBI.
