The Dell Rapids Phils ended their regular season with their 21st straight victory. They traveled to Madison and came home with a 13-0 win on Wednesday, July 12th.
Treyse Eastman was dominate on the mound. He pitched all five innings and allowed just one hit and two walks with seven strikeouts. The Phils offense backed up the strong pitching performance. Dell Rapids scored a run in the first, seven in the second, two in the fourth, and three in the fifth while belting 12 hits.
Aiden Boechler had three hits, two of them doubles, and four RBIs. Mason Stubbe also had three hits, including two doubles, with three RBIs. Will Jaton finished with three hits, one of them a double. Jack Henry had a double and three RBIs. CJ Smith and Drake Eastman both had one hit. Brayden Pankonen added an RBI.
