Golf tournaments have become, over the past 15 to 20 years, one of the ways groups and organizations raise money.  Golf outings for companies to market themselves or just show appreciation to their employees and clients continues to rise as well.  But what about bowling?  One of the busiest sports that the young to middle age to old continue to do, in leagues or just for fun bowling, continues to grow in participation.  Well now there is an opportunity to combine golf and bowling in a one day event.  The 4th annual Lanes to Links tournament will take place July 27th with the bowling portion hosted by the Dells Bowl and the golfing portion to be hosted by the Lakes Golf Course (up near Lake Madison).  The one day event is limited to the first 12-teams that register (4 person teams must compete in both bowling and golf).  Contact the Dells Bowl, the Lakes Golf Course, or Jim Ronning for additional information.
