Both the boys and girls soccer seasons for West Central have begun. The boys have had one match so far this season, while the girls team has had two matches.
The boys hosted the Vermillion Tanagers on Tuesday, August 20th. Vermillion got two goals in the first half and then added four more in second half. The Tanagers recorded five assists on their six goals in the 6-0 win.
The girls team recorded two big wins to start their season. In their opening game on Thursday, August 22nd, the Trojans defeated Vermillion 12-0. West Central scored nine times in the first half and added three more goals in the second half. The Trojans followed that with a big win over Garretson on Saturday, August 24th by a score of 8-0.
