The West Central Blue 14U baseball team blanked Volga 10-0 on Wednesday, June 28th in Volga. Hayes Cain pitched all five innings and allowed just one hit with five strikeouts for the victory.
West Central scored in every inning to build to the 10-run rule victory. They scored three times in the first, one in the second, one in the third, two in the fourth, and then three in the top of the fifth.
Cain also finished with three singles and two RBIs. JT Steckley had two hits and an RBI. Taten VanOverbeke had two hits, including one double. Tanner Wagner had a hit and an RBI. Dylan Bettcher finished with a single, and Aiden Lueth and Eli Koehn both had an RBI.
