The Dell Rapids High School club bowling team hosted Sioux Falls O’Gorman at Pinz on Monday, November 20th and Tuesday, November 21st. The girls had their match on Monday, while the boys had their match on Tuesday. Both teams earned a victory over the Knights.
The girls team took a 37-13 win over O’Gorman. Chrissa Sondergaard had the highest game of 187 and also had the highest series at 477 (126, 164, 187). Aisley Grib finished with a 443 series (181, 140, 122). Avery Cole had a 427 (137, 134, 156). Adaya Meiners finished with a 287 series (92, 102, 93), and Skylar McKillip had a 258 (96, 76, 86). The girls team now has a record of 3-1 and is in sixth place in the standings.
The boys team picked up their first win of the season in a close 27-23 score. Oscar Anderson had the high series with a 570 (180, 188, 202). Blake Lewis finished with a 553 (186, 206, 161). Noah Larson had a 492 series (194, 157, 141). Knohah Brobjorg had a 432 (154, 174, 104). Orran O’Meara finished with a 423 series (169, 125, 129), and Sawyer Hebert had a 406 (121, 163, 122). The boys are now 1-3 on the season.
