The West Central Trojan volleyball team will have a new head coach for the 2022 season. Corissa Sweeter takes over the program that finished 7-19 last season.
“I am hoping to pair our experienced offense with our young and quick defense. The communication from our upperclassmen drives our team and motivates us to continue our goal of establishing a great volleyball program here at West Central,” said Coach Sweeter.
The Trojans are returning many varsity players from a year ago, and the seniors make up a huge part of the offense and net presence. Josie Dinges, Aubree Miller, Maria Peterson, and Stormee Klein will be key leaders for this year’s team.
West Central will host Vermillion to start the 2022 season on Tuesday, August 23rd.
