The West Central Trojan boys soccer team hosted the Dakota Valley Panthers on Tuesday, September 1st. The Panthers scored three times and held the Trojans without a goal for a 3-0 win.
Yahya Luquman scored the first goal for the Panthers with 26:33 to play in the half. Bryan Cardona added another goal off a rebound at 10:15 to play. Dakota Valley led 2-0 at halftime. They scored their final goal with 8:08 to play in the match, which was scored by Cruz Trejo.
Brody Johnson had several shots on goal for the Trojans throughout the match, but couldn’t quite get into the net.
The Trojans also fell to James Valley Christian, 4-1, on Thursday, August 27th. West Central currently has a record of 0-5.
