The Hartford/Humboldt Wood Ducks traveled to Dell Rapids to face the Mudcats on Sunday, June 15th. The Mudcats held the Wood Ducks hitless in a 15-0 win in five innings. Dell Rapids scored four times in the bottom of the first, three in the second, and seven in the third for a 14-0 lead. They would end the game with one more run in the bottom of the fifth inning.
Carter Gullickson had a double and home run with six RBIs. Ty Hoglund had two hits and three RBIs. Chad Hunt finished with a home run and single with two RBIs. Treyse Eastman had two hits with an RBI. Thomas Schuring added a double. Nolan Burchill pitched all five innings without allowing a hit and walking just one batter with four strikeouts.
