The Dell Rapids High School girls and boys bowling teams hosted Sioux Falls Jefferson at Pinz on Thursday, January 4th in a make-up match from earlier this season. Both the girls and boys teams earned wins.
The girls team improved their season record to 5-3 with a 32-18 win over the Cavaliers. Chrissa Sondergaard had a high score for the girls with a 220 game and also had the high series with a 583.
The boys team improved their record to 2-6 with a 30-20 victory. Blake Lewis had a 247 and an impressive 690 series. Orran O’Meara had a 210 high game and a 566 series. Noah Larson had a 209 high game with a 520 series.
Dell Rapids will host Yankton at Pinz for their next match. The girls match will be Thursday, January 11th, and the boys match will be on Friday, January 12th. Both matches will start at 3:30 p.m.
