The Dell Rapids high school club baseball team hosted Rapid City Central in a double-header on Saturday, April 29th. Dell Rapids won both games by an identical 13-0 score.

In the first game of the double header, Dell Rapids scored three times in the bottom of the first and then put six more runs on the board in the bottom of the second. The final four runs were scored in the bottom of the third. Rapid City Central was held to six hits in the five-inning game.
Austin Harvey had a double and two RBIs. Dylan Mathis and Talan Millage both had a single and two RBIs. Mason Stubbe finished with a single and an RBI. Jack Henry had two singles. Brayden Pankonen, Cole Ruesink, Joe Rechtenbaugh, and Will Zwach all had one single each. Pankonen pitched five innings allowing six hits and a walk with three strikeouts.

Dell Rapids scored in four different innings in the second game of the afternoon. They scored four times in the bottom of the first. They then had three runs each in the second, third, and fourth innings. Rapid City Central only had one hit in the game.
Drake Eastman had two hits and three RBIs. Stubbe had two hits, one a triple, and two RBIs. Braden Fersdahl added a single and two RBIs. Quinn Carr, Mathis, and Treyse Eastman all had a single and an RBI. Pankonen and Henry both finished with two hits each. Sutton Williams, Lincoln Fersdahl, and Harvey all had one hit. Henry pitched five innings allowing one hit and two walks with seven strikeouts.
