The Dell Rapids Quarrier girls and boys wrestling teams participated in the Dak-12 Conference Tournament at Dakota Valley High School on Saturday, January 21st. The girls team finished second with 72 points. The boys team was seventh with 54 points.
Hannah Jensen finished first with a 5-0 record. Rylee Bird also won her division with a 3-0 record. Chloe Staskwicz placed fourth with an 0-3 record. Adeline Hansen was sixth with an 0-5 record.
John Mortrude (132) had a third place finish with a 3-1 record. Quinn Carr (182) finished fourth with a 2-2 record. Aiden Geraets also had a fourth place finish with a 2-2 record.
Kaidden Lowman (138) was 2-2 for the day. Camden Tebay (106) and Charlie Becker (285) both finished 1-2. Breck Evans (120), Kane Murphy (145), Gabe Clark (152), and Ryler Evans (170) were 0-2 for the day.
