The Dell Rapids Quarrier wrestling team hosted the Region 1A Tournament on Saturday, February 21st. Three wrestlers qualified for state by finishing in the top four of their respective weight classes.
Breck Evans (175) finished third with a 3-1 record. Charlie Becker (285) also took third with a 3-1 record. Camden Tebay (132) finished fourth with a 1-2 record. These three wrestlers will compete in the state tournament held in Sioux Falls Thursday, February 26th through Saturday, February 28th.
Levi Peter (190) had a sixth-place finish in regions with an 0-3 record. Charlie Jackson LeBrun (113), Stainbrook (126), Zach Grochow (144), Peyton Grib (150), and Austin Temple (165) all finished 0-2 for the day.
