Both the West Central Trojan girls and boys soccer teams played the Dakota Valley Panthers on Tuesday, September 3rd, but at two different locations. The boys team hosted the Panthers while the girls traveled for their match.
The boys team earned their first win of the season. The Trojans put five goals in net in the first half and then added two more in the second half for a 7-0 victory. The girls team, however, suffered their first loss in their first road match of the season. Dakota Valley got a goal in the first half, and that was enough as the Panthers held for a 1-0 win.
