The West Central Trojan girls soccer team finished their four-game home stand to start the season by hosting Belle Fourche on Friday, August 30th and St Thomas More on Saturday, August 31st. The Trojans won both of the matches to end the home stand a perfect 4-0.
West Central scored a 6-1 win over the Broncs on Friday. The Trojans scored two goals in the opening half for a 2-0 lead. They added four more goals in the second half. Belle Fourche, the only team to get a goal against West Central in four matches, got a goal in the second half.
The Trojans were able to pull away in the second half against the Cavaliers. West Central got a goal in the first half and led just 1-0 at halftime. The Trojans scored three more times in the second half to pull away for a 4-0 victory.
