The West Central Trojan track team had repeat winners at the Terry Bong Relays in Canton on Thursday, April 25th.
Abbi Thornton finished second in the triple jump. Lucy Rozeboom took third in the 1600m run and fifth in the 3200m run. Drew Caffrey placed third in the 3200m run. Sara Johnson was fourth in the 1600m run. Vera Jesse finished fourth in the 100m dash. Addison Meadors took fourth in the high jump. Addison Jaspers was fifth in the 800m run. The 4x100m relay team of Avery Pressler, Abbi Thornton, Molly Anderson, and Jesse took first. The 1600m sprint medley relay team finished second. The 4x400m and 4x800m relay teams placed third.
Liam Schmeichel won both the 300m hurdles and the 110m hurdles and finished fourth in the high jump. Benjamin Strunk won the 800m run and the 1600m run. Crew Heier won the shot put. Peyton Tetzlaff was third in the 3200m run and fifth in the 1600m run. Cain Grocott finished third in the javelin. Kade Hruby took fourth in the 3200m run. Brody Johnson placed fifth in the 300m hurdles. Zach Nielsen finished fifth in the high jump. Ben Vuong was fifth in the long jump. The 4x400m relay team of Patrick Hammond, Elliot DeJong, Rylee Hartung, and Jude Jarding won. The 4x200m and 4x800m relay teams finished second. The 4x100m relay team was third, and the 1600m sprint medley relay team finished fifth.
