The West Central Trojan track team had multiple top eight finishers at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays in Sioux Falls on Friday, May 3rd and Saturday, May 4th.
The boys 4x200m relay team of Rylee Hartung, Patrick Hammond, Elliot DeJong, and Jude Jarding took first with a time of 1:31.82. The boys 4x400m relay team of Hammond, DeJong, Hartung, and Jarding also won with a time of 3:29.66.
Jarding finished third in the 400m dash with a time of :49.56. Liam Schmeichel took seventh in the 110m hurdles in :15.02. The boys 4x100m relay team finished fifth. The girls 4x100m and 4x200m relay teams both placed eighth.
