The West Central Trojans hosted the Sioux Falls Christian Chargers on Monday, January 22nd in a Region 3A and Dak-12 Conference match-up. The Chargers pulled away in the second half in a 59-38 win.
West Central went on a 9-2 run to start the game. The Chargers rallied to tie the score 15-15 by the end of the first quarter. Momentum carried into the second quarter, and Sioux Falls Christian led 26-20 at halftime. West Central was held to just seven points in the third quarter, and the Chargers led 42-27 going into the fourth quarter.
Jazelle Jarding had 14 points, five rebounds, and three steals. Kacey Jaton finished with seven points, two rebounds, and two steals. Emillee Stofferahn added five points and six rebounds. Molly Anderson also had five points with two rebounds and two steals.
