The West Central Trojan girls built a big lead in the first quarter and cruised to a 51-23 win over the Parker Pheasants at home on Tuesday, January 23rd.
The Trojans built a 15-point lead, 19-4, by the end of the first quarter. They extended the lead to 30-12 by halftime. The defensive pressure kept feeding the offense in the third quarter, and West Central led 47-19 going into the fourth quarter.
Kacey Jaton finished with 10 points, four rebounds, and three assists. Mara Schultz also had 10 points with two rebounds and two steals. Molly Anderson added eight points, nine steals, and four assists. Jazelle Jarding had seven points, 11 rebounds, three steals and two assists. Emillee Stofferahn had five points and eight rebounds.
