The West Central Trojans held a small lead midway through the third quarter, but Lennox Oriole defense shut them down the rest of the game for a 46-35 win on Thursday, January 18th.
The Trojans held a 13-9 lead after the first quarter. Lennox outscored West Central 16-10 in the second quarter for a 25-23 lead at halftime. West Central would take the lead 29-28 midway through the third quarter, but the Trojans finished the quarter on a 10-0 run for a 38-29 advantage. The Trojans were only able to score six points in the final quarter.
Alexa Borns had nine points and three rebounds. Kacey Jaton added eight points, six rebounds, and three steals. Molly Anderson also had eight points with three rebounds. Emilee Stofferahn finished with five points and three rebounds.
