Tri-Valley Boys Drop Regular Season Finale at Home

The Tri-Valley Mustang boys had their regular season finale and senior night on Friday, February 28th.  The Sioux Falls Christian Chargers played spoiler by taking the win 85-52.

The Chargers opened the game on an 8-0 run in the first minute and a half.  The rest of the quarter was played pretty even, and Sioux Falls Christian led 22-12 at the break.  The Mustangs went step-for-step with the Chargers in the second quarter.  The first half ended with the Chargers leading 44-31.

The big run for Sioux Falls Christian came in the third quarter.  They would outscore Tri-Valley 21-11 to extend their lead to 65-42.  The Chargers would also double-up the Mustangs 20-10 in the fourth quarter for the 85-52 win.

Brady Jewett led the scoring attack for the Mustangs with 18 points, 12 of those in the second half.  Alex Wingen finished with 11 points.  Kobe Krome had nine points on the night.  Teagin Gacke had six points, and Tristen Bunde ended with five points.
