Mustangs Fall to Huskies in Road Game

The Tri-Valley Mustang softball team dropped a road game to the Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies, 18-2, on Thursday, May 4th.

The Huskies exploded for 14 runs in the bottom of the first inning.  They added four more in the bottom of the second.  Tri-Valley got both of their runs in the top of the third.  Erika Beck brought home both runs with a single to right field.

Beck had the only hit in the game for Tri-Valley and also the only two RBIs.  Alayna Ebert pitched an inning and allowed 14 runs, eight earned, on eight hits and six walks.  Lillian Schlueter pitched one inning and allowed four earned runs on five hits with a walk.
