The Tri-Valley Mustang volleyball team earned a home match win during homecoming week on Thursday, September 7th. Tri-Valley hosted the Vermillion Tanagers, and after dropping the first set, won the next three to take the match 3-1. The Mustangs won by scores of 23-25, 25-18, 25-21, and 25-22.
Madelyn Wenzel finished with 15 kills, 14 set assists, nine ace serves, and eight digs. Hilary Hastings added eight kills, three set assists, and a dig. Emery Pearson also had eight kills, three assisted blocks, six digs, and two ace serves. Victoria O’Toole added six kills. Abigail Wagner had five kills, three ace serves, 20 set assists, and six digs. Julia Mauszycki had 18 digs, and Kenzie Atwood finished with 10 digs. Atwood also had three ace serves.
