The Tri-Valley Mustang (3-6) boys basketball team had their offense rolling at the Dak-12/NEC Clash in Madison on Saturday, January 28th. The Mustangs defeated the Sisseton Redmen 70-31.
Tri-Valley built a 19-10 by the end of the first quarter and kept rolling from there the rest of the game. The lead grew to 31-15 by halftime and then to 53-30 by the end of the third quarter.
Three players finished in double figures for the Mustangs. Trey Johnson led the scoring with 19 points. Noah Haynes added 17 points. Carter Sorenson had 13 points, and Alex Wingen finished with six points.
