The Tri-Valley Mustang football team hosted the Madison Bulldogs on Friday, September 4th. The Bulldogs used a big first half to lead them to a 42-7 win over Tri-Valley.
Madison took the lead in the first quarter with a two-yard run. The made extra point put the Bulldogs ahead 7-0. That was the only score of the first half. Madison, however, would score three times in the second quarter. The first touchdown was on a six-yard run. They added another score on a five-yard run. The final touchdown of the quarter was an 18-yard pass. The Bulldogs made all three extra points to take a 28-0 lead into halftime.
Cole Hendrixson put Tri-Valley on the board with a big 78-yard touchdown run. Kadyn King made the extra point to make the score 28-7. The Bulldogs would get two more scores in the third quarter, both through the air. They had a five-yard touchdown pass and a 36-yard touchdown pass. The two extra points were made for the 42-7 final score.
