The Dell Rapids Quarrier wrestling teams hosted their annual “Top of the Rock” wrestling tournament on Saturday, December 7th. The boys team finished seventh with 54.5 points. The girls team took third place with 37 points.
Bailey Credeur finished second and had two wins on the day. Josie Becker also placed second. Mikayla Hight had a third place finish and recorded one pin. Chloe Staskywicz and Rylee Bird also finished third. Elly Murphy had a fourth place finish with one win on the day.
Quinn Carr won the 215-pound weight class with three pins on the day. Breck Evans placed third in the 165-pound class with a 3-1 record. Hobie Klien (106B) had fourth place finish with a 1-2 record. Charlie Becker (285), Zach Grochow (138), Kane Murphy (157), and Tyler Glammeier (157) all had one win each. Charlie Stainbrook (106B) and Levi Peter (190) also competed in the tournament
