The Dell Rapids Quarrier track team had a make-up meet in Lennox on Monday, May 13th. The Quarriers took part in the Rich Luther Invite.
Rorie Thoreson won the 400m dash with a time of 1:01.69 and placed fourth in the 800m run. Elizabeth Krantz won the triple jump with a leap of 35’1.5″. Sophia Godwin placed second in the 200m dash and fifth in the 100m dash. Vivica Kreul was third in the discus. Elin Schoenhard placed third in the shot put. Alaina Wolff finished fourth in the 200m dash. Clara Justice took fifth in both the 100m hurdles and 300m hurdles. The 4x800m relay team finished second. The 4x100m relay team placed third, and the 4x400m relay team took fourth.
Will Ronshaugen won the triple jump with a jump of 41’1″. Grady Lamer placed second in both the 200m dahs and 400m dash. Eli Gullickson placed third in the 1600m dash. Ian Zellmer was third in the 3200m run. Jackson Peppel was fifth in the 1600m run. Isaac Tudor placed fifth in the 3200m run. Devin Lodmell took fifth in the long jump. Carson Maeschen finished fifth in the shot put. The 4x400m relay team of Lamer, Cooper Cuny, Ronshaugen, and Peppel won in a time of 3:33.63. The 4x800m relay team was third. The sprint medley and 4x200m relay teams boht placed fourth, and the 4x100m relay team finished fifth.
