The Dell Rapids Quarrier track team competed in the Dak-12 Conference Meet in Hartford on Thursday, May 9th. The boys 4x100m relay team of Mason Stubbe, Cole Ruesink, Nick Snyder, and Jack Henry took first place and set a Dak-12 Conference record with a time of :43.55.
Rorie Thoreson finished fifth in the 1600m run. Clara Justice was seventh in the 100m hurdles. Claire Wynja was seventh in the shot put. Sophia Godwin placed eighth in the 100m dash. The sprint medley and 4x200m relay teams placed third. The 4x400m relay team was fourth. The 4x100m relay team placed sixth, and the 4x800m relay team finished seventh.
Grady Lamer was second in the 400m dash. Stubbe finished third in the 100m dash. Will Ronshaugen placed fourth in the triple jump. John Mortrude had a fifth-place finish in the 400m dash. Carson Maeschen took eighth in the shot put. Cooper Cuny was eighth in the 400m dash. The sprint medley relay team finished fifth, and the 4x800m relay team placed sixth.
