The Dell Rapids Quarrier girls golf team will be sending two golfers to the state tournament. Abby Greenhoff and Emma Taubert qualified for state at the Region 1A tournament in Flandreau on Thursday, May 25th. The team finished fourth with a team score of 357.
Greenhoff placed third overall with a round of 78. Taubert tied for 13th with a round of 88. Natalie Berg finished with a 92, and Haley Rydell had a round of 99. The cut line to qualify for state was 90.
The 2023 South Dakota State A Girls Golf Tournament will be held at Meadowbrook Golf Course in Rapid City Monday, June 5th and Tuesday, June 6th.
