The Dell Rapids Quarrier girls golf team hosted the Region 1A Tournament at Rocky Run Golf Course on Wednesday, May 20th. The team finished sixth with a team score of 453, but Alana Buresh qualified for the state tournament individually.
Buresh finished tied for 13th with a round of 97 to send her to the state tournament. Jersi Schultz finished with a 115. Londyn Pederson had a 120. Elin Schoenhard ended with a 121, and Ellie McCoy finished with a round of 125.
The 2026 South Dakota State A Girls Golf Tournament will be held at Two Rivers Golf Club in North Sioux City Monday, June 1st and Tuesday, June 2nd.
