The Dell Rapids Quarrier wrestling program hosted the Dak-12 Conference Tournament on Saturday, January 24th. The girls team finished fourth with 26 points. The boys team placed ninth with 18 points.
Elly Murphy was second and finished with a 2-1 record, both wins by technical fall. Josie Becker placed second with an 0-2 record. Ila Hansen placed third by finishing with a pin and a 1-2 record. Chloe Staskywicz was fourth with an 0-3 record. Ava Zachman went 0-2 on the day.
Camden Tebay finished third in the 132-pound weight class with a 3-1 record. Tebay recorded a pin, major decision win, and a decision win. Breck Evans (175) had a pin on a 1-2 day. Jackson LeBrun (113) earned a major decision win and finished 1-2 in the tournament.
Asher Carpenter (120), Charlie Person (138), Zach Grochow (144), Peyton Grib (150), Austin Temple (165), and Levi Peter (190) all finished 0-2.
