The Dell Rapids Quarrier cross country team had their first meet of the season on Thursday, August 28th. They traveled to Beresford for the Beresford Cross Country Invite. The girls team placed 10th with 104 points. The boys team did not post a team score.
Rorie Thoreson had a seventh-place finish with a time of 19:35.90. Addy Witte (38th) had a time of 23:30.52. Liz Vogel (45th) finished in 24:12.20, and Madyn Lacey (50th) completed in 24:33.27.
Camden Tebay (37th) had a time of 19:05.57, and Alex Heinemann (45th) finished in 19:51.40.
