The Dell Rapids Quarrier cross country team will send three runners to state after their performance at the Region 2A meet in Volga on Wednesday, October 16th.
Rorie Thoreson finished seventh individually and qualified for state with a time of 19:50.20. Madyn Lacey (32nd) had a time of 24:55.00. Addy Witte (35th) completed in 25:22.10, and Kaitlyn Bisson (38th) had a time of 26:30.10.
Alex Heinemann and Eli Gullickson both qualified for state for the boys team. Heinemann was 14th with a time of 18:30.60. Gullickson placed 17th with a time of 18:35.50. Isaac Tudor (37th) completed in 20:29.50.
The state meet will be held at Hart Ranch in Rapid City on Saturday, October 26th.
