The Dell Rapids high school baseball team held their final regular season home game on Sunday, May 12th. Dell Rapids defeated Hanson by a score of 10-0.
The offense for Dell Rapids scored in every inning and took advantage of 11 walks and three Hanson errors. They scored three times in the first, one in the second, one in the third, two in the fourth, and then three more in the fifth to end the game on the 10-run rule.
Dell Rapids only had six total hits in the game. Lincoln Fersdahl had a triple. Jack Henry had a single and two RBIs. Mason Stubbe, Sutton Williams, and Quinn Carr all had a single and an RBI. Talan Millage added a single. Treyse Eastman and Drake Eastman both had one RBI each. Henry pitched five innings and allowed just one hit and one walk with nine strikeouts.
