Dell Rapids scored seven of their runs in the first three innings in a 9-2 win over Baltic on Sunday, May 5th.
Two runs were scored in both the top of the first and top of the second for Dell Rapids. They added three more in the top of the third for an early 7-0 lead. The score remained 7-0 until the seventh inning. Dell Rapids scored two times in the top of the inning, and Baltic scored two times in the bottom of the seventh.
Jack Henry was strong on the mound pitching six innings and allowing just one hit and two walks with 10 strikeouts. Drake Eastman pitched the seventh inning and allowed two runs, both unearned, on no hits and three walks.
Henry also had two hits and two RBIs offensively. D. Eastman and Talan Millage each had a single and an RBI. Treyse Eastman and Tad Tjaden both added one RBI. Mason Stubbe finished with a double, and Sutton Williams had a single.
