After trailing 6-7 with 5:00 remaining in the first quarter, the Quarriers cruised past the Baltic Bulldogs 77-40 on Friday, January 13th. Every varsity player scored in the game for Dell Rapids.
The Quarriers led 26-15 after the first quarter. The lead grew to 46-20 at halftime and then 62-22 at the end of the third quarter. Dell Rapids shot 59% (34-58) overall, 24% (5-21) from three-point area, and 4-6 from the free-throw line. The Bulldogs finished the game shooting 30% (13-44) overall, 31% (5-16) on three-pointers, and 9-10 from the free-throw line.
Four players finished in double figures for the Quarriers. Jack Henry had 14 points, eight rebounds, and five assists. Camden Justice ended with 11 points and two rebounds. Rhrett Kloth added 10 points, six rebounds, four blocked shots, and two steals. Brayden Pankonen also had 10 points with seven assists.
