The Dell Rapids Quarrier wrestling team was back in action on Saturday, December 17th. Dell Rapids competed in the Madison Invite. The boys team finished eighth with 75 points. The girls team finished fourth with 64 points.
Aiden Geraets (220) finished third with a 3-1 record. Gabe Clark (152) placed fourth with a 2-2 record. Quinn Carr (195) also placed fourth with a 2-2 record. John Mortrude (132) finished fifth with a 2-2 record. Brandon Schmidt (182) had a sixth place finish with a 1-3 record.
Camden Tebay (106), Breck Evans (120), Carson Roach (138), and Charlie Becker (285) all finished 1-2. Cale Roach (106), Kaiden Lowman (145), and Ryler Evans (182) were 0-2.
For the girls team, Hannah Jensen took first place with a 2-0 record. Janessa Nelson finished second with a 2-1 record. Adeline Hansen was fourth with a 1-2 record. Rylee Bird placed fourth with a 2-2 record. Bailey Credeur was fourth with a 1-2 record. Chloe Staskwicz also finished fourth. Cora Augstad had a sixth place finish. Mikayla Hight finished 2-2. Ila Hansen also participated in the tournament.
