The Dell Rapids Quarrier wrestling team is entering it’s 50th season as a program this year. The team brings back six state qualifiers, three boys and three girls, from last year’s team.
Aiden Geraets, Quinn Carr, John Mortrude, Rylee Bird, Makayla Hight, and Bailey Credeur all qualified for state last season. The Quarriers will also be led by three returning seniors: Gabe Clark, Carson Roach, and Kaiden Lowman.
“We are bringing back some experience last year with six state qualifiers. We are looking for growth this year,” said coach Jacob Habeger.
Dell Rapids opens the season at home with their annual “Top of the Rock” tournament on Saturday, December 3rd.
