Big Second Half Lifts Lennox over Beresford Boys

The Lennox Orioles had a huge second half to give them a 78-42 win over the Beresford Watchdogs on Tuesday, February 13th.

For the first two quarters of play, the two teams were back and forth.  The game was tied 13-13 at the end of the first quarter.  The Watchdogs had some momentum in the second quarter, and they ended the first half with a 30-29 lead.  Lennox then took control of the game in the third quarter.  They held the Watchdogs to just 10 points in the third quarter and took a 58-40 lead with pressure defensive and hot shooting.  They continued their run in the fourth quarter outscoring the Watchdogs 20-2.

Andrew Atwood had 11 points, 12 rebounds, and three assists.  Aidan Hamm finished with 10 points.  Malachi James added seven points, three rebounds, and three assists.  Jon DeLay also had seven points.  Cooper Nelson ended with five points and six rebounds.
