The Baltic Bulldogs had a six-day break between games on Friday, April 12th and Thursday, April 18th. Both games were against the Sioux Valley Cossacks. Sioux Valley won the rematch on Thursday by a score of 12-2.
The Cossacks scored five runs in the bottom of the first and one more in the bottom of the second for a 6-0 lead. Caitlyn Pickett and Alexis Kehn scored on an error in the top of the third to cut the lead to 6-2. Sioux Valley got those two runs back in the bottom of the third. They ended the game on the 10-run rule with four runs in the bottom of the fifth.
Katelyn Moser and Kehn both had a double in the game. Pickett and Ryah Peters each had a single. Charlee Blommer pitched 4 2/3 innings and allowed 12 runs, eight earned, on 12 hits and six walks with six strikeouts.
