The Baltic Bulldog softball team hosted the Madison Bulldogs on Monday, April 8th. Baltic was not only shut out, but held hitless, in a 17-0 loss in three innings. Madison scored three times in the top of the first inning, and then had two big innings. They scored six times in the second and eight more in the top of the third.
Baltic was held to just one baserunner in the game, a walk to Anna Hoekman. Ryah Peters pitched two innings and allowed 11 runs on 14 hits and two walks with a strikeout. Charlee Blommer gave up six earned runs on nine walks.
