The Alcester-Hudson Cubs volleyball team faced a tough schedule at the Bon Homme Tournament on Saturday, September 21st. The Cubs played Class B Parkston and then had two matches against Class A teams, West Central and Vermillion.

The Trojans took the match against the Cubs in straight sets by scores of 25-19 and 25-22. Emma Moller had four kills and four digs. Hanah Ahart finished with two kills, 17 digs, and three set assists. Emma Solberg added three kills and two digs. Jenna Manning had nine digs and Jaeley Christensen had eight digs.
West Central and Vermillion Match Stats
In the match against the West Central Trojans, Solberg, Moller, and Hedi Swanson all had four kills each. Delta Pies and Devin Hongslo had three kills each. Manning had 12 digs. E. Moller also had seven digs. Paxtyn Moller added four digs and six set assists. Christensen had five digs and seven set assists.
In the match against Vermillion, Ahart tallied four kills, 16 digs, four set assists, and five ace serves. Solberg finished seven kills and two digs. E. Moller had six kills and five digs. Manning had 14 digs. Christensen added 10 set assists and four digs.
