West Central Boys Struggle Offensively in Lennox

The West Central Trojan boys basketball team couldn’t get much offense going in the second half, and the Lennox Orioles took advantage.  The Orioles defeated the Trojans 69-42 on Monday, January 22nd.

West Central only trailed by one point, 15-14, at the end of the first quarter.  The Lennox lead grew to 10 points, 35-25, by halftime.  T second half, however, is when the Trojan offense went cold.  West Central scored just 17 points total in the final two quarters while Lennox added 34 more points.

Erik Seten had a team-high nine points.  Owen Heath finished with seven points.  Trevin Price had six points and three rebounds.  Crew Heier added five points, four rebounds, and three steals.  Brodie Herr also ended with five points along with three rebounds and two steals.
