The Humboldt/Hartford Wood Ducks will enter the District 4B tournament as the #10 seed. They will play #7 Salem in their first game on Friday, July 21st in Flandreau.
The Wood Ducks finished the regular season with four straight home losses and finished with a 1-17 league record. On Sunday, July 9th, the Wood Ducks lost a slugfest to Lennox 25-19. Both the Dell Rapids Mudcats (Tuesday, July 11th) and Flandreau (Thursday, July 13th) defeated the Wood Ducks 15-3. Canova then defeated the Wood Ducks on Sunday, July 16th.
